Individual Counseling

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to focus on the issues and relationships that are impacting your life. Each person is unique, and our work will be a one-on-one collaboration based on the concerns you bring into therapy. Often people come in feeling “stuck”, having examined the issues from every angle they can on their own. Through therapy, we will work to help you better understand yourself and your relationships, and having the assistance of a kind and impartial listener can reveal things about your challenges you may not have realized or seen before.
